A. Counseling (Brief Goal-oriented)
Individuals bring in different issues when they come for counseling. The following list provides with issues that are commonly seen in counseling,
  • Stress-related Issues
  • Work-related Issues/Difficulties
  • Professional Development Concerns
  • Conflicts with Others
  • Financial and Legal Concerns
  • Relationship Problems with Colleagues or Family or Friend
  • Marriage and Family Problems, such as Divorce and Custody
  • Parenting Issues
  • Caring for Aging Parents or Chronically Ill Family Member
  • Grief and Bereavement
  • Critical Incident
  • Excessive Worries and Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Alcohol and Substance Abuse, and other Addictions
Employees are encouraged to phone the EAP services to arrange for a Face-to-Face or Telephonic Counseling whenever necessary. 4 counseling sessions (either Face-to-Face or Telephonic) are available for each employee per annum. Additional sessions or alternative arrangements can be arranged. The number of counseling sessions offered per year could be different based on the needs of corporation.
